In 2020, when Covid-19 hit us and we were forced indoors, as the priest in charge of the CCF (Catholic Church of France) in Hong Kong, Fr. Remy sought ways to occupy his time in a way that was beneficial for himself and his flock. 
 
With his colleagues, each morning he would send a text to support those under his care. Each of these mediations is nourished by a morning prayer. Once an expression, an image, or a longer quote caught his attention, he would stop reading and immediately begin writing down what he felt.
 
The book contains those mediations written between Holy Week 2020 and the end of the calendar year, with the first few months being from 2021. Therefore, it may not match the liturgical calendar of the year. You can start at ‘Day 1’ any time of the year and continue. The reader is free to adopt another approach to reading the text if it suits them better.
